 * If I have marked a order as shipped without tracking id. Will the tracking information
   be hidden from the “complete order” email?

 * Yes, If you marked the order as shipped without tracking id than tracking information
   will be hidden from the “complete order” email.

 * Thank you. Is it possible to add a link to the “order notification” -mail, (that
   goes to the shop) with a option to add the tracking id to the order?
 * For an example:
    <link> Add a tracking id to the order </link> <action: popop
   window> “Enter track id:”. </popop window>

 * Hi, once you add tracking info to the order, the tracking info is sent to the
   customer in the email with a tracking link. you should make sure you include 
   the tracking info to the order status emails in the AST general settings
