This is true for me, too, on a site using the Genesis framework. I’ve tried deactivating all other plugins, so I think it’s the theme creating a conflict. Does this make sense? I’d love to be able to use your plugin.

Thank you! Somehow just enabling Debug Mode solved the problem, and when I turned Debug Mode off again it still worked.

Yes, to me it still persists but also the tool bar shows up if I turn debug mode on. So there’s are no errors in the console after that.

I was able to replicate this issue on my end and it is being caused by a bug that I have already squashed in the development release. Feel free to test this out yourself, or wait for the next plugin update.
