You might be experiencing a bug that we had with an older version of Page Builder. Can you update to the latest version and see if that fixes the issue.

I’m using 1.2.7 is there a newer version? Thanks for your quick response.

I have the exact same problem. Running the latest version of WordPress and the plugin. Wondering if there’s a conflict with another plugin or something.

Can either of you show me a screenshot of what’s happening?

I miss the icons in the toolbar below the “add-media”-button.
    Link and tooltip works.

If anyone experiencing this issue can create a temporary admin account for me (, I’d be more than happy to check it out. That’s the only way I’ll be able to figure out what’s happening.

This is crazy – I haven’t worked on my website for several days (least that part of it). Yesterday I needed to create new page. When I clicked on the Page Builder tab – two toolbar icons we there – Add Widget and Add Row. Another crazy thing: I did absolutely nothing to make them appear AND the Prebuilt Layouts icon appeared after I logged in in today.
BTW – now that the icons have appeared, I think you have a great plugin! If the icons stick around – I’ll be sure to give it a 5! Thanks.

I also have problems with icons disappearing.

With the All-In-One Calendar (from activated, the icons on the PageBuilder panel do not display on the editing screen.
But you can hover over where they should be and click to invoke their function.

The real problem is that Page Builder uses jQuery UI for a lot of its elements and buttons. This makes it easy for there to be conflicts with other jQuery UI powered plugins.

I have made a few changes to try ensure there are less conflicts. If anyone else can suggest conflicting plugins, I’ll do some testing and try iron out as many of the conflicts as possible on my side.

I’ll start out by testing with All-In-One Calendar

That does explain a lot… I guess I did do something to repair the problem. I removed a slider that I now suspect used jQuery. A similar slider is now on (what I call) the HTML side of the site. What I mean by that is the WordPress part of my site is actually a sub-domain. The slider and all my jQuery menus etc are only found on the HTML side. I didn’t do that because of your plug-in. I did it because jQuery seems much easier to build on that side and also – just works better. I have a little bit of code inserted into the HTML side in case my site is accessed by a Smart Phone (sniffer code) which will redirect that person to the WP side, which is a responsive theme.
As for your plug-in? So far it’s working great! Thanks for all your great work!

    Hey Greg,
I love the plugin and your site. I really dig what you are doing.
Unfortunately, I’m running into this problem as well. The buttons in the UI are invisible, but still clickable. I have the All-In-One Calendar plugin and your plugin’s UI shows up when I deactivate it. Did you make any headway in this?

    Thanks for your help,

    Paul-Thomas Parnell
