Support » Plugin: WP Mail SMTP by WPForms » No TLS Accept All – Must pass a reverse DNS test

  • I understand doing it this way eliminates MITM attacks, but this is a shared hosting world we are living in, and even the hosting companies want users to use smtp.mydomain.com so that they can move them to different servers without breaking anything, and it’s a lot easier for the user to remember his own domain name. Everything else has options like that built in. It works for now, but I’ll be looking for something else or code my own.
