We further investigated and the variables are working properly on our staging website.

We are able to get values for %TIMER%, %TIMER_MINUTES%, %TIMER_SECONDS% in results page, in email content and as well as in quiz results.

Actually, I’m having the same issue. Since September 22nd, the time to complete for all all quizzes reads 0. Plugin is always fully up to date. Our last submissions were oct 6th, and the time still reads 0.

Thanks for reaching out to us.
I request you to please check for plugin and theme conflict on your website. The fastest way to rule out conflicts is to deactivate all plugins and switch to a standard theme like Twenty Twenty. If this resolves the issue, you have indeed a conflict. You can then switch back to the theme you are using to check if you can reproduce the issue. If the issue isn’t reproduced when your theme is active, you can enable one plugin at a time to check when the issue reappears. Doing this will narrow down the conflict to a specific plugin or a theme conflict.

I updated to 7.3.7 two days ago and as @raymc stated “the time to complete for all all quizzes reads 0”. I read your response @expresstechsupport to deactivate plugins and switch themes. That is not an acceptable solution for a live website with an audience. Please take a deeper look into this. The previous version worked fine.
