 * Do you have a time format set at My Calendar > Settings > Text? It’s possible
   it wouldn’t produce a value because there’s no format provided. You can also
   customize that using `{time format="H:i"}`

 * this one you told to test.
    {time} {time forma=”H:i”}

 * If that’s what you actually did, it’s not going to work; it would need to be `{
   time format="H:i"}`

 * {time} and {time format=”H:i”} are not showing time only {time24} shows the hour

 * So `{time24}` is a specific format that *explicitly* maps to ‘G:i’; it should
   absolutely be showing minutes. I wonder if there’s something else going on in
   your environment that’s causing a problem. Can you try disabling other plugins
   to see if anything is interfering?
