    Hello,

    The addoscontact refresh issue:
    Did you set a “thank you” page in the configuration? (it should be different then the contact page).

    If fields like email don’t show it’s usually due to compatability issues, make sure the right osticket version is selected in the plugin configuration.

    I have setup a “thay you” page, different from the page where addoscontact is placed.

    All fields are showing up on the page where addoscontact is located.
