# No Thumbnails? Whats wrong?

 * Hiho!
    I miss my thumbnails of galleries in the articels. [Example articel pictures at the end](http://www.reisen-info.eu/usa-kanada-21-09-2013-10-10-2013-tag-420-new-york-aidabella-369/)
   Please have a look and tell me whats wrong? Is there something wrong with my 
   htaccess file? I tried to uninstall and reinstall NGG but no changes.

   a plugin conflict of some sort, or possible an issue with the theme that is causing
   the thumbnails to not be generated correctly.
 * Have you tried clearing the image cache under Gallery > Other Options > Miscellaneous?
   You might need to deactivate all plugins first then reactivate NextGEN Gallery
   and clear the image cache

 * Sorry but this isn’t working. It tells me in the code that the thumbnail is at
   [http://www.reisen-info.eu/nextgen-image/1557/100x75x100/crop/8dda5c44f60a2d35f025392ab42d4eae](http://www.reisen-info.eu/nextgen-image/1557/100x75x100/crop/8dda5c44f60a2d35f025392ab42d4eae)
   but there is nothing.
    I also changed to the standard feed, ne change, the thumbnails
   not there. 🙁 Do you have another idea?

 * Yes, I deactivated all plugins and then I cleared the image cache, also deactivated
   the ngg plugin und activated it again, no changes.

 * I have the same problem after the last update. [@baeckerman83](https://wordpress.org/support/users/baeckerman83/)
   can you see your images in your media library? I can’t but plugin is saying that
   there are over 200 images.
