No Thumbnails in the Backend

    Hello,

    Foyer is a amazing plugin. Thank you for coding this. I will donate shortly.

    I have a little problem in my backend area “channels”.
    Recently i move my wordpress with foyer to a new server and domain.
    After this move i have no thumbnails of my slides in the tab channels. I can only identify my slides with a mouseover.

    Can anyone help me to fix my problem? Is this a caching problem or have i to fix my database?

    I think it is because your migration and not a foyer issue, try to regenerate your thumbnails with this plugin

    I test also some other regenerate plugins.

    Hey @michaelbruch,

    Thanks! Good to hear you like Foyer 🙂

    I’ve seen this issue before after migrating from a http:// URL to a https:// (with ‘s’) URL. Do you view your website/WordPress over https://? Could you then check your browser console when visiting the edit channel admin page? Do you see warnings that several pages were blocked because they are insecure / on http://?

    The solution in that case is to update the WordPress and Site Address URL settings in WordPress (Settings > General) to https://. This is a setting that can break things so make sure you have a database backup etc.

    Exactly for that reason it didn’t work. I had update the adress to https in WordPress and now it’s working fine. Thank you for your help.
