no thumbnails and viewer problem

i installed the plugin. you can see it here http://www.hoelzlmanfred.at and the in the menu picasa.

first problem. i have no thumbnails on the first side! if i click on an album then i can see it. is it not possible on the first side?

second problem. click on a picture, there are to buttons (left and right) i alwas see first the small picture, after click on the right button, the viewer shows me the same picture but in double size. next click on the right it follows the next picture!

whats going wrong? the rest looks cool.
