# No thumbnail being generated

 * All was working fine until I switched to a new host. I thought if I upgraded 
   the plugin it would fix itself but no. The image uploads but does not create 
   the thumbnail. I have played with permissions and still I get the placeholder.
   png showing up. Any idea what I should try?

 * Your new server is probably locking down the permissions on the uploads/slideshow-
   satellite directory, well maybe everything on /uploads/
 * So Satellite tries to create new files and save them there it’s erroring out.
   I’d see if you can change your permissions to 755 or 777

 * Hi,
 * i had this problem cause the picture filename had too much caracters.
 * i simply rename my picture short and i had my pictures correctly 😉
 * good plugin thanks !
