# no theme displayed

 * I just installed wp using fantastico and there is not theme displayed neither
   lcassic or default. Any thoughts anyone?

 * Any help much appreciated. No skin or theme displayed. Everyting is left justified
   on the page.

 * My first thought is to suggest bumping after 2 hours is a great way to remove
   your post from the unanswered queue that many volunteers use. Patience.
 * Secondly, without a link this is difficult to diagnose, but it sounds like maybe
   you changed one (or both) of the URL values at Options -> General to point to
   where the blog _isn’t_ instead of where the blog _is_.

    Thanks for your response but everything in my phpadmin checked out. Still
   no change. Everything is left justified with no “skin”.

 * What do you see when you look under Presentation? Are there themes listed?

 * Yes
    There are themes listed. I’m hesitant to post the link to it. The DNS has
   not resolved. That is I’m still accessing it by ip number. I don’t know if this
   is really an issue. Just trying to be cautious. I’ve contacted my hosting service
   about this – it’s been 72 hours. I understand that it should take 48 hours or
   less.

 * Actually, the correct sentence is – **or more**.
 * And yes, it could be a problem. Especially, if your blog is displayed at a temporary
   address and you have soemthing else in the two URI values in Options > General.

 * I had checked options but that was not the problem. My hosting service said he
   had seen this when a blog was created before the domain name had fully propogated
   and apparently that was he problem. It is resolved now. Thanks for your help 
   and interest.
