No text appears on default theme header panel

Using the default theme on http://www.whistlework.com/blog

I was attempting to change the header colors using “Appearence -> Header Image and Color”

Now the text does not display.

I can select “Advanced / Select Default Colors” and the header displays properly in the control panel. I then select “Update Header” to save this.

when I load the blog site http://www.whistlework.com/blog the header text does not display.
