I just upgraded my Elementor plugin but now have no templates. When I try to add a template to the page, I get the message that says “You haven’t saved templates yet.” When I go to Elementor>My Library, there are no templates there either.

I increased the memory allocation from 40 MB to 128 MB. I disabled all other plugins and changed to the twenty-sixteen theme. Still no templates. I had them before the update but they’re gone now! Any ideas? Can I download them from somewhere to re-install them?

  • Hi,

The template library is now accessible on the page itself.
    Choose new section/choose new template.

If you do not see any templates, please go to:
Elementor settings > Tools > General > Sync library and reassemble css files > save

Please let me know if this helps!

Thanks, Annie. I was dragging the template widget onto a new section and didn’t even notice the Add Template button. That’s what I needed.

Glad it worked out for you!

I have the same problem and I can not fix it. I have installed on two different servers and the same problem happens.

    What else can I do?
