 * Very bad service, do not have technical support, do not answer emails or solve
   the problems of your products, do not spend your money in this company, look 
   for another solution.

 * Responding here because there must be something going on with your email. I received
   your support request on March 16 and replied on March 17, with three subsequent
   followup emails on March 18, 22, and 26. I’m always happy to provide customer
   support but have no control over the deliverability of your email inbox. Perhaps
   the emails were ending up in your spam folder and you were not finding them? 
   Either way, please reach out if there’s anything else we can help with.
