No tags displayed

Dear alls. I’m trying to display a tagcloud in my home page (divi builded).
– I use your plugin Taxopress.
– I put the shortcode [st_tag_cloud] in a text module. All seems ok.
– I set the plugin, I want to use only “products/etiquettes” tags. I find all tags in “auto term”.
– when I look as a visitor, no tags are displayed.
– when I return on “auto term”, the settings have changed.. like they are not saved.

Could you help me please?
