This is differently working. You need to select the attached page under edit submissions to make it work. This is also written in the documentation https://docs.buddyforms.com/category/128-buddypress

You should not use reviews to get quicker support. Just write to support @ buddyforms . com

Buddypress tabs are still missing.

please contact support @ buddyforms . com and sent me admin user credentials to your dev or staging environment so I can test this on your site.
I’m not able to recreate this issue locally and I need to see it in action to fix it.
