No support when somethings goes wrong with paid subscription

My paid plugin suddenly stopped working, it just stopped syncing. Even though I still have 5 months of my paid yearly subscription, there is no help from the developer. I tried to contact him for few months now sending him multiple messages and no response what so ever.
When I had questions before I became a paid subscriber he did answer my questions. But once I needed help, he totally ignored my emails. So I know he did receive my emails asking for help.
Do not bother with this plugin, developer clearly is only there when everything goes well. And refusing to help when something goes wrong.
