• I have received no support from this guy. Requested cancellation but no reply. I am concerned that this guy has simply run off with my money? How do I cancel this? Who do I flag this to to make official enquiries?

    Support tickets are not opened or responded to.

    For a security plugin it’s quite ironic that his own Security Certificate has expired which again has me concerned about my own computer safety as a result of ‘signing in’

    Can I flag this to WordPress.org please! Concerned user wants plugin membership cancelled!!!!

    What money, exactly? How did this cost you anything? I ask as a WordPress.org monitor of this sort of thing.

    I upgraded from the free to personal plan at $10 per month. I can see no way to cancel this?! Can anyone advise me what to do or how to do this?!

    I’m going to call my credit card company and see if I can stop the recurring payment but if I can’t then I’m one angry WordPress user. I’m not funding the plugin author [bsndev] $10 a month for the rest of my life along with others who have upgraded.

    I checked back my order email and there is small print at the footer which states

    For payment specific questions, please contact http://www.2co.com

    I have gone there and stopped the payment. Thank the Lord!

    That said, there is still an expired certificate login to this plugin’s admin dashboard and no support forthcoming whatsoever for premium paid or free – from my experience.

    I will not be using this plugin or any by this developer ever again.
