No Support & Support site is down

I have created a support ticket on plugin page however the developer has not even bothered to reply or even acknowledge the problem, his support site doesn’t allow anyone to register as the account creation email simply not being sent, even after explaining this the developer has not even bothered to correct or respond, this shows that you will not get any support from the developer !
