No support response for Pro version

I have now sent several emails after purchasing the pro version so my developer can implement click tracking with Google Tag Manager. All but one particular link doesn’t track correctly, even though the redirection through TAP works fine.

I have sent several emails to Thirty Affiliates with no response, and it has been dragging out this task for my developer. Getting really tired of waiting, this looks like the only way to get a response of the team. I would happily change my review if they could get back to me, but it has already been over a week since my first request.
