No support, Product Data is not being loaded and not solve this.

Hello,

The issue was in the CSS file ebook_store.css had declaration of class .hidden which is no longer there, in order for the product fields to show up, you must clear your browser cache or refresh product edit window with CMD+SHIFT+R, here is a screenshot of my setup where it works after the fix

Try browser incognito mode to make sure there’s no cache. I am available over email support@shopfiles.com I will reply promptly.
