Plugin rated highly only be the developer…..

    We downloaded this plugin to connect our Stripe p400 Terminal to WooCommerce (Or so we thought). All the videos show how easy it is, yet are out of date and innacurate. Even in the video they have they correct important details only towards the end instead of correcting the video.

    When the plugin didn’t work we noticed they had “premium services” for a paid subscription. We got that, still nothing. This plugin appears to be at best a scam, at worst incompetence.

    Sorry to hear about your experience. With over 100 businesses operating their POS on this plugin and its PRO services partner, we assure you it is not a scam. Our premium services option allows for additional features but these do not impact the primary functionality. If you were unable to get it working, I’d suggest you consult the FAQ’s; if it wasn’t working with both plugins, it’s likely you’ve missed a step.

    We apologize for having outdated video tutorials. Please understand that offering free software to the public is costly and providing video tutorials on top of the written instructions is an added cost that most plugins don’t offer, so we do not keep them updated with each release. The only change we’ve introduced to the videos is documented on the front page of this plugin, its change log, and its installation page.

    At the risk of being argumentative, it isn’t particularly reasonable to rate our plugin a 1 star on the basis of our video tutorials. If you’d like to rank our video tutorials, you’re welcome to do do on Youtube, we’d love to address any constructive criticism.
