• At first, my RoboGallery did not load and was not visible on mobile/iphone unless I was logged into wordpress. After a long back and forth conversation with their support team via ticket, they figured out that other plugins that I had installed were incompatible with RoboGallery.

    There were some issues with support in the beginning (and repeatedly said the issue was fixed moths ago, which clearly it wasn’t), but after the initial reply, they were very quick to respond and keep the conversation going until the issue was fixed. They were even kind enough to log into my ftp to debug and solve the issue.

    Overall, this is a very beautiful gallery and the best out of the 9 or so other WordPress gallery plugins I tried before deciding on this one. Very easy to use with lots of options if you purchase the pro version like I did.

    Could you please check ticket one more time. We have asked for a version of the safari which you use for testing. Could you please reply there?
    Please make sure that you update your plugin version to the latest one. Actually problem which you described we had 3-4 months ago and it was fixed long time ago in regular updates of the gallery.
    As you can see here in public tickets we had post related with iphone problems in our gallery 3 months ago (I mean, for example, ticket where you add your gallery problem request, here in gallery support threads section).
    But we fixed it long time ago.
    Anyway, please check ticket in our client member place section I’m sure that we’ll find solution for your particular case.

    We have tested current Robo Gallery version on multiply Android and iOS devices during last hour and I can confirm one more time that our gallery work properly on iOS and Android. For iOS testing we have used next devices: iPhone 4, iPhone 5, iPhone 7, iPhone 8, iPhone X and iPad. There’s no problem with gallery navigation or load of the gallery images. All thumbnails of the gallery images load properly with required animation. No delays. Lightbox of the gallery work properly on every device. We used for testing our demo gallery locations. You can open it and you’ll see that everything work properly.
    Another important point. When I try to open your links, I mean link on your test and production server I can’t see gallery there at all. Looks like gallery completely turned off on both links.
    Our gallery have cache engine which create cache of every gallery if this option enabled. Maybe, you turned off gallery someway and on other devices you see some cached pages, but on mobile devices you didn’t open this gallery before and as result you don’t see any gallery pages.
    Please post more details to make us able to help you. For now I can’t see page with gallery which one do not work on iPhone.

    I am replying to a ticket instead of a new thread since i’m still not seeing an adequate response. “We fixed it long time ago” is not a solution. Clearly there’s another bug because the gallery is not mobile responsive right now.

    That’s up to you but anyone reading this review (and people do read them and the responses) will see the following.

    1. You took the time to post a 1 star review.
    2. The author replied, and replied well.
    3. You were asked to create a support topic.
    4. You declined.
    5. This isn’t a “ticket”. There are zero tickets on this site and anyone who thinks that these topics are tickets are mistaken. It’s not semantics, it’s setting free users expectations correctly.

    As I wrote, people read the reviews. The author’s patient replies do carry more weight than any 1 star review can or does.

    Only one thing which we try to find out it’s the reason of this behavior, which fourwsfishingteam described. But after few replies to this user emails, tickets in our member place and here, public tickets, we didn’t get any requested information back.

    We asked for a link where our gallery published and where we can test this case, described above. We asked for some other information according to devices, even some screenshot will be really helpful. But we can’t see page where user have such problem. Yesterday, after new request we’ve tried to make all tests on all available mobile devices one more time (we did tests of our public gallery demo pages). We didn’t find any problem on mobile devices.

    I’m sorry, for messages here, but it’s only place, for now, where we can get some reply (I don’t know why).

    fourwsfishingteam, could you please reply to our ticket messages or emails from member place section. We need some info from your side to be able to help you. Links which you provide do not contain our gallery. I can’t see gallery there on any platform and browser. Only files included in source code of this page it’s woo commerce gallery. Maybe you mixed up something ? Please get back to us and we help you to sort this bug, if it’s actually exist. Thank you!
