This can be solved, but indeed there is no support on the free version. I have supported the free version for about three years and answered literally 1000s of questions in my free time, see the support section on wordpress.org and also this forum. In the end I got tired of answering the same questions, most often also answered in the FAQ, over and over again and mostly not even getting a thank you (and in some cases even undeserved unfriendly words from frustrated people). This is why I have decided some time ago to support the pro version only.
You get what you pay for, either the free plugin and you have to figure out everything yourself using the available documentation (extensive!) or the pro version and I will help you with any issue you have to the best I can.
