No Support on fatal error

Im using evetsmanager and i have an issue where sometimes peoples credit card doesnt get registrated when they buy a ticket. I have contacted the company both via their contact form on the website, on the forum and via direct mail. Finally they answered on direct mail but they just said they where to busy to help me. Now i dont know what to do and my site is faulty – i have 130 members on my site and at least 5-6 experience this error every single time i make an event, and they are getting really tired of it.

The point is, when this plugin works it is a very nice plugin, but when it dont you should expect any support, you will have to fix it yourself.
