• I purchased the pro version of formgent. I am aware that this is a new plugin and is still under development but within 2months of using this plugin, no updates have been pushend and nothing has been done regarding accessibility limitations which makes this plugin legally not usable in a lot of countries in europe. I reached out to the support and they told me they would be working on it. However, even despite asking 2 more times regarding the status, I didnt receive any response. I also reached out regarding another issue with the form but didnt receive any answer. Their support page inside the account also just shows a shortcode. Seems like another abandoned product.
