• I was quite happy with EPL and had pretty much all their plugins. And then came WP 4.6.1 which we upgraded to one month ago. All EPL Plugins stopped working, and ever since I have not been able to use it.

    I created several tickets without even getting a reply. 14 Days ago I even paid the $97 to get what they call Priority Support. Their idea of priority was to send me an email indicating they just came back from holidays, were aware of the problem and working on it.

    No communication, no replies, nothing despite several emails I sent. I requested a refund for the plugin renewal & the priority support which is non existing.

    Stay away and not recommended. Have moved on and will incorporate a different solution.

    Then had an accident and broke my right hand which made typing impossible and had a holiday which having a cast did not make it as fun

    Apologies for your issues and we are looking at it however have many sites with 4.6.1 where we have no issues at all and conflicts arise through other plugins which may be were the problem arises

    Our lead developer is looking into your site problems but it’s not due to Easy Property Listings

    Now that my cast is off and my fingers are available we are catching up with a number of requests like yours and doing our best with the small team that we are

    We do our best however can’t solve everything as much as we try

    Here is what we discovered about the issues on your site which are not caused by Easy Property Listings and other plugins which caused the problems.

    After debugging your site I found out that issues is not in Easy Property Listings. There are two plugins in your site which are creating all sort of issues including sliders & maps to not work properly.

    Those plugins are :
    WP Feedback, Survey & Quiz Manager – Pro
    WP directory 2.0

    Deactivating both plugins make everything work again .

    While I feel sorry for the things that happened to you, allow me to enlighten you with a few facts:

    a) We have been without working EPL for a month now.
    b) Both Plugins you think have caused that conflict have been coexisting with EPL for more than a year. Am not sure if the WP 4.6.1 update has triggered this incompatibility.
    c) I have been creating tickets for a month, renewed all plugins and even paid $97 for your priority support without getting any feedback or even reply.

    This is ridiculous as I am not a seer. Communication is the key, not hanging people out to dry. I am the first one to be passionate and patient if I know what is happening because life can be hard, or if I have an ETA for a resolution. But just to go MIA is the wrong way to go especially if I have a client who is breathing down my neck.

    I am currently testing another solution because honestly I have lost my faith in you. EPL is a wonderful product and I have enjoyed it for a very long time. But I can not explain to my client that despite a good product he does not get the same good support if things go wrong. After all we all run businesses and rely on good communication and support.

    Hence I really need to insist on getting my refunds and wish you all the best.

    We’ve responded to your request via email and we have been under a pile of things over the past few months and doing our best which is not good enough.

    Wishing for an undo which is unfortunately unavailable and see your site issues are now resolved once the discontinued WP Feedback, Survey & Quiz Manager – Pro plugin was deactivated.

    WordPress 4.5 introduced major changes which we had to adjust EPL and many developers in order to ensure compatibility with the new code and changes. Thankfully 4.6 was a minor release which had no problems with EPL but with the changes from 4.5 to 4.6 they left developers the time to update code. However the Quiz Manager being over a year old brought the incompatibilities with WordPress and conflicts causing issues with your site.

    We want to help you keep using Easy Property Listings and now that i’m back in the right head space and your site still using EPL and extensions.

    We have been terrible at support and are now back on top of the huge number of support requests have processed your support request.
