No support from woo

Hi

I hate to say this but woocommerce relies on people buying plugins or themes, yet the only way to get support is via their complex system on their website,

when will they visit this forum and help people?

if they want to make money helping people in here will encourage people to buy their plugins

I have had a question pending now for ages and still no help from woo.

I am becoming a bit discouraged from using woocommerce

I hope woo don’t take this post in a bad way it is a post to say how we are all feeling and how to improve business
