  • I am unable to get support from ucare support

    After purchasing pro fetches on the 23rd I have tried several times to log a support ticket with ucare support and smartcat designs with out any luck

    Does anyone know how to get in contact with them

  • I think you have to communicate with them through a page called Support. They say “You can access the help desk by going to yourwebsite.com/support. You can find this page in your page list”. Also here https://ucaresupport.com/documentation/ are a support item in main menu.

    thanks, I have tried what you suggested with no luck.

    my findings so far are that ucare support is designed/developed by smartcatdesign

    I have found a ticketing system for them aswell https://smartcatdesign.net/support/login/?

    however when I enter my email address and password that I used when I purchased the product it tells me that the login details are incorrect.

    when I click forgot password in order to have the password reset it says I must check my emails however nothing ever arrives in my inbox I checked all spam/junk folders nothing
