    I understand that I am not paying, support wouldn’t be blazing fast, but receiving no human reply at all for a problem as easy as requesting the IP to whitelist for hotlink protection disappointed me.

    When did you leave us a support ticket? We got one over night and replied to that this morning. Could you let us know so we can check on it, please?

    There are no tickets left with us on “hotlinking” so I can assume that either your email got lost or sent to the wrong place, was sent to another service provider, or this is another malicious review.

    We guarantee support for ShieldPRO customers, but we still provide support to our “free” clients also. Furthermore, this is Sunday – it’s the weekend – I’m not sure how fair it is to expect expedient support on a weekend for a free product, and then leave us a 2-star review. It’s really not very nice.
