No Support for This Product

    I purchased this product 3 days ago for a client of mine and am trying to get it set up and working. 1. There is no video for the version that is currently out. 2. Despite chat messages and lodging support tickets since my purchase, I have yet to receive any communication or help for this product despite all the wording on the website saying they will support their product. Now I am left with starting over with another product from scratch. This product seemed perfect for what I needed. So disappointing. I am not sure who wrote these other reviews but I cannot get any communication from this company to help me.

    We do respond to all support requests we receive. Unfortunately, after a response is sent we have no way to verify it reaches a recipient. Sometimes messages are caught by spam filters or incorrect contact information is provided.
