no support -for the most part

First, let’s be clear: I have not installed this plugin. My review is based upon the fact I asked about a feature in support forum weeks ago and no response. I have also noticed other users have not received a response to their issues for several weeks.

I will install plugin to find the answer and modify my review accordingly.
