Sorry, but from where do I get the updated version? I can’t seem to find anywhere on your website where I can log in to my account and download a new version and the version here on WordPress.org hasn’t been updated – yet anyway.

I just tried to install the version from here on wordpress.org, but that didn’t work. I then found the old download link that was sent to me by email when I purchased the premium license, but that got me down to version 2.1.
From where do I get the latest premium version?

Go to the premium tab and insert your license key
Then from the WordPress plugins admin scree, you can update the plugin
The Customer Payment Retry email is proving trickier that I realised – it only works if the subscription order selected also has a retry email that has been sent – I’m not currently sure how to simulate this, will look into it asap
