I tried going through the support forum after getting my site back up, thanks to IONIS. I found how to submit a request, but it asks for a status report, which I copied and pasted, but the button to submit was greyed out so I couldn’t send it. I looked for a phone number, and couldn’t find one. I finally found out if I upgraded, I could get support. Why give a free product if you don’t intend to support it? I cannot use WooCommerce PayPay because of this issue.

    Hello @smsplinter63

Based on this sentence, it seems you were affected by the critical error that many users experienced recently.

This problem was due to a recent update to WooPayments, which caused a conflict with PayPal Payments, leading to the error you’re encountering. This means that the issue wasn’t with our plugin. WooCommerce has already released an update that resolves this conflict. You can find more information about the update here and download the latest version here. Please update your WooPayments plugin to the latest version to fix this issue.

If you need to get in touch with us, you can create a thread here: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce-paypal-payments/ or contact us directly for more assistance. Here’s where you can request support: Request Support.

I hope this helps clarify the situation a bit.

    Kind regards,

    Krystian
