No Support for days…

I’ve created Ticket ID: #619 five days ago regarding PHP compatibility issues but have not received any reply yet. Is there anyone who could look into this for me and provide adequate solution to this problem? If not, at least please let me know that you are not capable of fixing the bug so I can move on to a different plugin. Thank you!
