Sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction with the plugin in it’s current form. We do have an open GitHub issue in relation to enhance eCommerce support with WooCommerce.
Feel free to add your own comments to that issue, or subscribe for updates. If you’re not a WooCommerce user I’m happy to discuss your query with the team, or create a GitHub issue for you if you’d like more details.
In the meantime you may also wish to add your own event tracking parameters using Tag Manager.
