I just read the developer about support, and he is just one man. I don’t know how you expect one man to respond that quickly. For one person and getting a lot of support questions could take a lot of time, and if he is working a normal job too, that means he can’t be answering 24/7. I am with the developer to be patient.
Unfortunately he did not even posted (still) something about the way forward / roadmap. You can not build a website with his paid plugins and then just pray if it may be supported or not. If his current system is not working he has to change to a membership system or something like this. And this has been even suggested in the forums. We would pay for support 🙂 For the moment I can not recommend using his plugins even though they have great potential 🙁
