# No support, doesn’t work

 * I have been fighting with this for DAYS. I have a new offering on my website,
   and people want it, I have more traffic than ever, but no one can get it. I can’t
   put 0 as a suggested price, but when I put anything else it changes it to a random
   number, and whenever anyone tries to type something in it reverts to that random
   number. And there’s no one to contact for help. Save your sanity and use something
   else.

 * We are sorry for the inconvenience. There are many possible factors that can 
   affect the price input once a product is added to the cart. We will need to inspect
   from the backend admin to find the culprit. It’s hard to do that in this public
   forum, though.
 * We are available for support. However, since we are seriously understaffed, the
   support speed might be slower than expected. It takes more time for us to maintain
   and provide support with a large number of new requests incoming everyday though.
   We hope that you understand our difficulties.

 * Considering that there are questions in your forum that are years old and haven’t
   been answered and that it took you 3 months to respond to a negative review, 
   I think “slower than expected” might be an understatement. No one using a tool
   like this can wait that long, they’ll find something else like I did.
