No support – disappointing

    I bought the PRO license 1 year ago and the plugin was running fine with Facebook, Google, Instagram, MailChimp, Pinterest and Twitter integration. Then I wanted to add Tumblr and ran into a problem. Opened a ticket 5 months ago and even though requested for status updates several times no reaction at all from NextScripts. Since the plugin was working for the majority of my social media channels I kept on using the plugin.
    One week ago it was about time to renew the PRO license which I did for another 2 years contract. I ran into an issue renewing the license in which I did not receive an updated API key. Charging my credit card however worked smoothly…
    I again opened a ticket 5 days ago but again no reaction at all from the developers. Very disappointing and also highly unprofessional especially if you are one of the PRO users. Want my money back.

    A friendly advice to everyone: STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLUGIN !!
