    At the very top of this forum is a sticky thread (Need help? READ THIS FIRST!) which says we do not monitor this forum for support requests. For support you need to open a support ticket on our website.

    Also please consider waiting more than only 1 day before falsely claiming there’s “no support available”, when we very clearly do provide support to everyone, via our official website.

    I thought it may get your attention.

    I actually looked at other topics (and there is one describing same problem I have). And there are no meaningful replies from you guys for weeks and months!

    What is the point in having support forum?
    If you do not monitor it, how about making a sticky post saying “this forum is not monitors by WP Wham. Look inside for details on how to contact us”.

    Your low feedback reviews mainly complain about same — luck of support.

    I just saw your replies to my queries. Not difficult, is it?

    What part of “Need help? READ THIS FIRST!” is not clear, exactly?

    If you read the post, it says “We do NOT monitor this forum for support requests.” It then gives the link to our website for how to contact us.

    How is this not the same as what you’re asking for?

    The way to get our attention is to open a support ticket. Leaving 1-star reviews “to get attention” is just mean. I don’t appreciate being treated that way.
