  • I’ve downloaded this plugin to test it and to buy the pro version later. The plugin works, no doubt, but there’s absolutely no support at all. I’ve sent two emails to the developer, the first one asking a question about translation and the second one to bump the first one.

    None of them has never received a reply.

    So I’ll surely won’t buy the pro version and instead I’ll buy another similar plugin found on codecanyon where the developer replied very fast.

    I’m asking myself where’s the meaning to create a free version of a plugin and never give any support hoping that someone will buy the pro version. If I don’t receive any support at all for the free version, and this isn’t written anywhere, why I should buy the pro one with the risk that the developer will not give me any support also for this version?
