    I have been waiting now a reply for over two weeks, I posted on your forum, sent you multiple emails, submitted forms on your website.

    I don’t think you have any support or care whatsoever for your customers.

    I would give you zero stars if that was possible.

    Hi there,
    I’ve emailed my requests at support@wptablebuilder.com
    as advised on the activation email I received when purchasing the PRO plugin.
    I’ve also inquired on your website contact form.
    My question now is what happens to my tables assets when the subscription expires and is not renewed?

    Hi,

    I am not sure what happened, but we didn’t get the emails. I still couldn’t find them.

    As for the tables, you will still have them and they will continue to work as is.

    Only difference is when your subscription is expired and not renewed, you do not get future updates.

    It is not the case though. I have now canceled my subscription, and all the tables I spent time creating have stopped working on my website.

    Please advise.

    HI @tancredi,

    Unless you have deactivated the core plugin and the add-on, there is no reason for the tables to work.

    Also, please explain how the tables stopped working. They are not loading at all? Or they are loading but not properly?

    Please let me know.

    I didn’t deactivate anything. I just canceled the subscription.

    After that on desktop only a quarter of the table shows on the website.

    I have other issues as well, the table displayed on front end doesn’t match the table I created within the table builder widget.

    I already did a few days ago didn’t get any reply so far though.
    I’ve submitted my questions there again.

    As I pointed out concerning canceling a subscription, here are my issues:

    I have now canceled my subscription, and all the tables I spent time creating have stopped working on my website.
    I have other issues as well, (this was before the subscription was canceled) the table displayed on front end doesn’t match the table I created within the table builder widget.

    I will eventually reactivate my subscription if you guys are actually providing support and can advise on what happens if I decided to cancel in the future.

    I wouldn’t want to find myself in this predicament again or waste more time.

    Then maybe your website contact form doesn’t work.

    Do you’ve another email address?

    BTW you also have my previous emails I sent to support@wptablebuilder.com on august 9th and august 10th.

    Check you spam, I have them in my outbox.
