• Update 30. April 2024:

This is how a design looks at Chrome on a Smartphone (landscape format):

    https://ibb.co/kMmvTTv

And this it looks like if somebody resize the Window on a “normal” computer:

Developer still says the PlugIn is “fully responsive” and refused to give me my money back, even I do not use this plugin. Instead I use the free PlugIn Any Post Slider, which you can use with categories too (see Support forum).

So I changed from 2 stars to 1 star.

PS: I tried to get my money back from PayPal but they refused to do. Therefore I wasted 117,81 $ USD and a lot of time.

    End Update

I’m a paid customer and have sent a support request on 22 March 2024 without any reaction.

The plugin only knows 1 breakpoint at 567 pixels and before this is reached, it compresses the elements (can be reproduced on the homepage).

If you use the option “Display Type” the slider breaks completely and nothing will be displayed at all.

You have do use the shortcode where you need it. If you use the same multiple times and you have do make changes, you have to do it on every place, e. g. [psac_post_slider design=”design-2″ show_sub_title=”false” show_date=”false” show_author=”false” show_tags=”true” show_comments=”false” link_behaviour=”new” loop=”false” auto_height=”true” slide_margin=”15″]

Better would be to create this shortcode and save it in the database and use it with e. g. [psac slider1] etc.

If you switch off the loop functionality and reached the last post, the next arrow is still visible, but does nothing (instead the next arrow should be removed).

    Hi @peter2024

Thanks for reaching out to us. It is very strange that I have not received any support request from your side. When you had posted here then I came to know about it.

After this, I have checked it and I found that your support request have arrived in SPAM folder so it does not get my attention.

As you are a paid member and WordPress ORG support is limited for the free version only let me reply your email and take a look your query there.

    Thanks,
