  • I got no support for the pro version for 2 months now, the follow up plugin became a blank textarea without even changing anything except updating wordpress and the plugin…
    Also the plugin looks still in alpha step with many todo’s.
    About to ask for a refund

    Hi AtX, this is the forum of for the Newsletter plugin not for the extensions. So you should ask for support on in the forum or via the support form.

    If you did it and I missed to answer, my excuses. If possible send me again the request. The refund can be asked from the network you used to get the membership. If you cannot do it let me know the invoice number or at least you email or login on so I can found the contract.
