No support and it just quit working…

    Although I like the plugin, the lack of support takes at least three stars off. Months go by and no response from the author. I don’t understand why someone would take the time to create something this good and then ignore your clients when they ask you questions.

    You aren’t his “client”. WordPress.org plugins are free, but authors also aren’t required to support them. Its possible his life got busy working on another plugin or client work, and given he’s not necessarily making any direct money from this plugin, he might not consider it the best use of his time or whatever other reason to support it.
