 * I have used this plug in on my sites for three years now. I have it on basically
   every site that I create. But, the pro version crashed one of my biggest sites.
   And, I can’t get anyone to help me. SO FRUSTRATED!

   received an increased amount of support requests. We reply to every ticket; it
