    Plugin stopped working after 133 days, emailed and asked for help. Got told they would only help if I paid

    Great customer service - it would have taken them 30 seconds to reply to my email. Instead they try and fleece me and I tell a 1000 people how bad they are - GENIUS!

    How do you know that the error wasn't yours? Why didn't you try to contact the plugin's author about this by posting a topic in the plugin's dedicated sub-forum?

  3. Please keep in mind that asking a user to pay a fee in order to provide support for an otherwise free plugin is NOT obscene, crazy, bad business, or any other adjective.

    Be considerate of the fact that they have released their plugin 100% free of charge. If they wish to charge for additional support time, that is up to them and they should be allowed to do that, afterall, you didn't pay anything to use the plugin.
