  • This is a great little plugin. I had an error and being computer illiterate I had no idea what is was that was need to figure out the problem. Brecht did not give up. It got resolved and all is back on track. Thank you for your persistence.

    Hi Helen,

    There must be some misunderstanding as I am definitely willing to help and am providing support. If you go through any of our other reviews you’ll see that we’re actually known for providing the best support we can.

    As I tried to explain in my last support ticket reply I am very happy to help, but before I can do that I really need to know what is in the web server logs. I need to know the exact error message.

    The only way to get those logs is through your webhost. I am sorry that your webhost wasn’t willing to help with that and just sent you back our way, but there really is no way for us to access the logs that your webhost has.

    As mentioned I would contact them again for a copy of the logs or at least to explain to you how to access them yourself.

    Once I can see the log (or know what’s in it) I can continue looking for a solution.

    Your persistence helped. It got fixed. I had no idea what you needed. As you can see I am clearly clueless.
