ok i have created a new ticket in the account area.
perhaps your zen-account will not work correctly?
I create a new ticket in my account at your website, but i will not get a response form your ticketsystem like : Your request (xxx) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff.
Also i ask for a bill for our renew at 01.03.2022 …
2 days later, no response.
Bad for a set of paid plugins!

Now we have days off.

i send two messages via your forms now:
ONE in the sections of the plugin
ONE in your Website as logged in user.
